Minimum opening order is $500. Reorder is $350. All items must be ordered according to case packs and minimum quantities specified in the catalog. Lazy Susan reserves the right to increase quantities to meet case pack and minimum requirements.

SHIPPING / FREIGHT
All orders are shipped FOB Santa Clarita, CA. All orders are shipped via FedEx ground or preferred carrier, unless special shipping instructions are requested. Special shipping requests are subject to additional charges and must be specified in advance of order processing. Lazy Susan will not be responsible for items beyond its own carrier. In case of damages caused by a third party carrier, it will be the responsibility of the customer to file a claim. Larger items may need to be shipped in oversized cartons, which will result in a $25 oversized fee. Backorders will be shipped when ready without notice before being cancelled after 6 months unless otherwise advised by the customer or their respective Lazy Susan Representative.
FREIGHT ZONES AND CHARGES
Freight Zone % applies to all orders of $500 or more shipped within the contiguous United States, thus excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Standard shipping rates apply on all orders below $500. A handling fee of $20 will be charged on all orders below the $350 reorder minimum.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING / FREIGHT FEES
All shipping rates are quoted as business to business. Any additional fees assessed are due to one or more of the following reasons: Residential delivery; Lift Gate delivery; Inside delivery, Oversized Item - (See oversized items list); Incorrect address reporting; change of address, shipment re-routing and shipment refusal, etc. may incur additional fees by the shipping / freight /carrier companies and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will be billed and collected by either Lazy Susan USA or directly from the Freight Company or carrier.
Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 days using standard our carrier.
Rush Order Processing: To move your order to the front of the line for guaranteed same day shipping. A $25 Fast Pass fee will apply.
Expedited 2-3 day delivery: Requires filling out the Expedite Form to be submitted for price quote & approval. A $25 Fast Pass fee will be charged. This service does not qualify your order to receive flat zone shipping rates.
All opening orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, company check, money order, wire transaction or cashier’s check. COD’s are not accepted. Using a credit card will expedite your shipment. If prepaying with a company check, please submit payment in full including shipping charges and any incurring fees. Please note that checks are held for two weeks, subsequently placing a two-week hold on your order as well. Items will not be reserved until after the check payment has cleared. A $25 return check fee will be charged for all checks refused by our bank due to insufficient funds. A $15 processing fee will be charged for payments made by wire transfer. The privilege of being approved for Net 30 terms for reorders will be based on credit approval and may be revoked at any time based on payment history.
Late charges of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past due accounts. Late payments may cause delays in shipping future orders. Collection costs and attorney fees will be at customers’ expense. All delinquent accounts will be reported to the credit bureaus.
Products are sold on a nonreturnable basis unless damaged. Any cancellation after the order is shipped is considered a return and would require a 20% restocking fee. Return freight charges will apply to any return and must be prepaid by credit card. Returns must be pre-approved and issued a Return Authorization Number by customer service. Items must be in their original condition & packaging to qualify for a refund.

DAMAGES AND CLAIMS
Merchandise, which arrives with any visual damage, must be noted by the delivery service upon receipt. A Claim Form and photos of the damaged items must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Lazy Susan reserves the right to refuse any claims after the initial10-day period. Many Lazy Susan items are handmade and/or handcrafted of natural materials and as such will possess variations in color, size, texture, and finish. These variations in our products are not considered flaws or defects but indeed reflect the beauty of natural materials. On this basis, claims will be carefully considered and reviewed case by case.

E-COMMERCE AND DROP SHIP ORDERS
Customers who wish to become an eCommerce account must have approval prior to listing Lazy Susan products on a website. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details and information. Customers who wish to drop ship orders placed in their brick and mortar location may do so as long as the order is within the opening order minimum of $500.00 or reorder minimum of $350.00, otherwise, a $20.00 Handling Fee will incur.
